Returns & Exchanges

At Bugatti, we stand by the craftsmanship of our fashion collections; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Bugatti shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
